Discided to take off as a lazy day. Spent most of the day at the hut or on the beach fishing or sunbathing. We had a bbq in the afternoon and planned ourjourney for day 7 at gardaland. need to get some supplies tho as its a long day 10am to 11pm. Saw loads of big fish today just off the beach, so will pop out tomorrow and get some supplies and maybe have fish for tea tomorrow.

Wake once again to bird song and the noisy crickets, slightly cooler this morning, temperature will be about 35 around 2pm. skies are clear and I can hear the echo of kids playing around the pool. my two are still asleep, not going to wake them today, enjoying quiet dad time as I ponder what we'll do today. well there is fishing, hiring a boat, driving around the edge of the lake exploring whats there as there looks like a huge town on the opposite shore line which we can just make out... its a big lake. I think we might try all 3 today.

Day 3 - the storm

Day 3- We wake to the bird song and the humming aircon. Curtains are drawn so can tell what is happening out there in Garde. I hear snoring from one of the rooms, so sounds like the kids are asleep. I look around for the keys to unlock the front doors. As they open the view is breathtaking, we are overlooking the lake. The sky is slightly over cast but the breeze is warm. All is quiet outside except for the bird song. No one is moving around, due to late nights here. Families carry on socialising into the early hours. Children running around at midnight seems to be the norm.

Day 1 So we are on the start of our journety. 5.32 on the channel tunnel. Listening to the french announcements. And we're had stopped!. So before we had left we had checked on google maps how long it would take to Lyon from home and google said 2pm in the afternoon london time. as we drove closer and closer to lyon the clock was ticking!!! We had to stop briefly for a petrol and a pee stop just outside lyon. Car had made it 521 miles on one tank 40 miles short of Lyon. So as we pulled into Lyon the clock ticked onto 2pm .wow that was accurate|!!!.

IF you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;
If you can wait and not be tired by waiting,
Or being lied about, don't deal in lies,
Or being hated, don't give way to hating,
And yet don't look too good, nor talk too wise:
If you can dream - and not make dreams your master;
If you can think - and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;

So, have completed the first 12 weeks and lost around 5 stone :¬), over the last month or so I have been introducing meals... have been a little naughty with not keeping to the types of food I was supposed to as have had holidays and various parties, night outs. Got down to about 97 Kilos and have been fluttering around that for a while. Had a go live at work this week and put on a few pounds on nibbling rubbish food, was about 99 kgs this morning, so will blast a month of 4 shakes no food to see if I can reach the target of 91 kgs before Xmas.
